The ex HMAS Canberra on its final journey

The following photos were taken on Saturday, 3 October 2009 during the final journey of the ex HMAS Canberra FFG-02 from the Geelong Grain Wharf, out into Port Phillip Bay, through The Rip, and out to the sinking site.
